Amy Nelson
Director of Christian Ministries Amy grew up in Northern Wisconsin and went to school at Florence High School. She graduated from Concordia University Mequon in 2005 as a Lay Minister. Majoring in Theology with a specialization in Evangelism and Parish Education and a minor in Philosophy. She married Chuck a month after and joined him in Janesville, WI. That fall she received her first Call here at St. Mark. She absolutely loved it and love the people here. In 2012 she felt God pulling her to be a stay at home mom. In 2017 God led her back to St. Mark and she is here with us today. She and Chuck have four wonderful children. Beniah, Joshua, Abigail, and baby Andrew. They like to keep her on her toes. Amy is passionate about God. Amy loves seeing how He works not only in the big things, but especially in the ‘normal’ ways of everyday life! Amy loves serving with the family life at St. Mark and getting to know everyone better. She loves talking about our amazing God- things that happened and are recorded in the Bible and how God continues to work in our lives today. Come and say hi to her today! |
